Today is officially the shortest day of the year – crazy right? Made a pot roast today, and these awesome parmesan herb popovers with Jules gluten free flour. They were excellent! I’ll post the recipe soon, along with all the rest – I promise! More BF time today (are you seeing a trend?) On an unrelated note, autumn quarter grades were officially posted today- yay! All I’ll say is that I’m pleased, excited AND made the Dean’s List – ok, I’m done. Happy solstice!
